The purpose of the Foundation shall be to help ensure the long-term continuity of Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois (LCFS), to provide funds to meet the program needs of LCFS, and to support other programs that are consistent with the mission of LCFS. Foundation grants are by invitation only.
